I will take full responsibility of protecting all indoor furnishings, floors, and plants from dust and paint by covering said surfaces with drop sheets. Interior surface preparation includes stripping wallpaper, scraping bubbling and/or peeling paint, removal of dust and/or grime, filling holes and/or imperfections with appropriate fillers, and sanding all surfaces to ensure proper adhesion of paint.

I will take full responsibility of protecting all outdoor surfaces by carefully positioning ladders and equipment to prevent any damages. Exterior surface preparation includes pressure cleaning areas with dirt and/or mold, removal of bubbling and/or peeling paint with paint stripper, filling holes and/or cracks with appropriate fillers, and sanding all surfaces with electric sander to ensure proper adhesion of paint. Some of the exterior painting techniques which will be used include airless spraying, application of protective coatings, rust treatment, staining and varnishing of woodwork surfaces, and painting hard to reach areas from a boom lift.
